I'd turn on dynamic Resolution scaling and probably set the frame limit to 30. It should make the performance a little better

Don’t worry bro even high spec users it’s not the best I have a 3080 ti and the game just feels weird fifa 22 with mods feels way more smooth we have to wait till they optimize it better on pc I think

At 1080 ultra settings this game works fine but when I switch to 1440p med or low this game lags like hell😂😂

when you can test it on DX11 at 30fps with medium graphics, on 22 it worked better than low graphics.
