Intel Core i3-1115G4 \ Intel UHD Graphics \ FIFA 23 at 720p low settings - unplayable (12GB RAM)

FIFA 23 is entirely unplayable on the i3-1115G4 and Intel UHD Graphics. In my opinion, it's a CPU bottleneck since the i3-1115G4 is only a dual-core CPU with 4 threads. However, if you want to play FIFA stick to FIFA 22 because that one is running fine.
