Where else will you find a 68 year old male journalist connecting on such a deep human level with a 22 year old female artist. Stellar work as always CBS Sunday Morning.

the journalist's questions were so profound and meaningful, probably one of the best interview I've ever watched, especially because Billie's answers were even deeper and more interesting

This felt more like a therapy session than an interview, I needed to hear a lot of the stuff she said❤

Anthony Mason is such a good interviewer — every single question is something he's curious about based on something she said within the last 20 seconds.

The interviewer is such a rare gem. He was so chill. He asked meaningful questions and actually listened and didn't make her uncomfortable. It's like watching a loving grandfather have a laid-back conversation with his granddaughter.

This was basically a therapy session disguised as an interview. She showed unwavering vulnerability. What a gift to witness her growth. Happier than ever for Billie.

I absolutely love the way Billie sits during the interview. The way she changes positions to something comfortable to her, it makes me feel better about myself because my mom is always yelling at me to sit nicely or to sit like a girl. I love her with all my heart because she always reminds me that I can be different, and it's okay.

I love how humble and down to earth she is. She's so inspired by her family and her surroundings. She just spreads such positive energy that I'm literally in love with. These were amazing questions too -- amazing interviewer. I love you, Billie. You've changed so many lives with your art and soul and passion.

This is why I love her and music. She is able to be teachable. Not a diva, mature and thoughtful and humbled. Very wise for her age.

I saw her perform Friday. It was breath taking….. I laughed. I cried. I cheered. I danced. I’ll remember it forever ….

I’m 59 years old and my great niece introduced me to Billie by way of the Bellyache video when it came out. I had heard Ocean Eyes, but didn’t pay much attention to it or who sang it so Bellyache was my starting point and I haven’t stopped since. This last album was an absolute masterpiece. It’s all I listened to over this summer. Every song is different and her voice and the music just take me somewhere else. U just keep doing u Billie because I’m enjoying watching your music evolve and u evolve.

This interview was truly fantastic. The interviewer conducted it with such respect and thoughtfulness, posing questions that were both engaging and insightful. Billie’s way of expressing herself is remarkable—her intelligence, introspection, and authenticity shine through effortlessly. As someone close to her age, I found her reflections on the challenges she faces and the lessons she’s learning incredibly relatable. She comes across as a kind-hearted and authentic person, which perfectly explains why so many people look up to her. It feels like we’re witnessing the start of a beautiful journey of self-discovery for her. I can’t wait to see how she continues to grow and thrive, and I wish her nothing but the very best for everything what’s to come.
