I bought it two weeks ago. The ADJ/Wolfmix WMX1 is by far the best DMX controller I ever had.

You truly leave out so much about what it takes to truly use this as a stand alone unit, and that you have extra cost right after opening the box! You to not have access to all of the DMX universe's or the 3D Visualizer unless you spend more money right away!

Pretty cool. I use to run a small lighting and sound production company in AZ before C-19 killed it. I was always looking for nice and small controllers that were inexpensive for small events. I've used everything from MYDMX 2.0/3.0, LightRider app. Then I started to use the Elation Obsidian or Onyx keyboard type controller which I had to hire lighting techs to run program and run which included the Avolites controllers which I rented a lot. It's cool that it has 3-pin & 5-pin DMX and multiple universes which can be important for lots of lighting fixture or many channels per fixture.

Great video, I have a Wolfmix W1 version and after quite a bit of trial and error I have got the thing working pretty well, it does give quite a bit of automated features which are handy and then another level of hands on control so it does what I wanted from it, I found it not that easy to start with but gradually it all comes together.

Love my ADJWMX1, My non dmx wife loves it and wants to learn more. Using with 18 rockville wedges and strips, 4 freedom sticks, entour chill, Prox cold sparkers. Planning for a pair of Chauvet 360s. Wireless donner and a Difi unit send the signal out. Mounted the WMX1 on a small stand. Next project for this unit is a powerbank to make it portable. Coming from Sound Switch and the antiquated DMX mixers. SS is good and will work, WMX1 is just more easier to use in my opinion.

This has to be the best video on the wolfmix ever. Thank you so much for this. I spent hours getting frustrated and simply slowed your video down in spots, and have it all running now. I do have a question for you. I recently bought Chauvet Wellstix 180's and was curious instead of using the Chauvet Wellcom v2 can i somehow connect to them from Wolfmix? Again simply the best tutorial video on the Wolfmix!!! KUDOS!

So im half way through and still wondering if there are automated light shows built in or ones that are sound activated. If there was i think that would be the lead topic so im assuming it doesnt. The reality is most mobile djs dont have time to run a light controller or the money to hire a lighting technician. I know there are products coming that take the work out of it and when they hit its going to kill this.

hi! Is it possible to assign multiple effects relating to multiple groups at the same time to a single key? to be able to recall them quickly, as if it were a scene on a normal DMX mixer

Hello, are you able to control any type of ADJ lighting and lazers with this controller?or does it have to be a specific lights/lazer?

If I remember correctly, did you use the ADJ Airstream DMX in the past? I currently yse it, but considering the WM1. Thoughts? I have issues setting strobes, blackout etc.
