Please pray for me I’m going through intense spiritual warfare in my mind. Real event ocd themed where I doubt my memory due to intrusive question/thoughts that pop into my head, anxiety hours after the social interaction that triggers it. It happened the day I planned to spend day with Jesus and days after my last 3 days fast and now my prayer life is stagnant now and I keep ruminating about my worst fears. This happened 21st June 2024 and now 25th September I’m still ruminating and fearing.

Due to insecurity I wear a 😷 when talking to people and then hours later I’m lying in bed and the first thought “Did I even have my face mask on at all earlier talking to…?” Then I’ll re-imagine the scenario without it on whilst talking then doubt whether I had it in or not.
