We are engaged in dance training and education: ballet, national standard dance, Chinese dance, folk dance, etc.
The students in the video are all dance lovers, and our goal is to help them enter their ideal university. Small class (5-11 years old) Medium class (12-15 years old) Large class (16-19 years old).

Our country has a large population and very fierce competition. All universities have a quota for the number of students enrolled in dance majors. Therefore, they will be screened through dance exams (and cultural classes). Helping students pass the dance exams at the university of their choice is what we are doing work (independent examination for each university).

Here I will focus on the actual situation of senior students (16-19 years old): some students have never received dance training before, and they only started learning when they were sixteen or seventeen years old, and they only have a little more than two years. The time is very tight. If If they fail the exam, they will be abandoned by the school, so even if the pain is unbearable, they will persevere. This is their only hope.

The teachers were also dancers and they all have rich teaching experience. The training is safe, and proper warm-up and massage can prevent injuries and muscle soreness. Although some students may feel discomfort or pain during practice, this is a necessary part of pushing limits and improving flexibility. Screaming or crying can also help breathing and muscle relaxation last longer.

There is no abuse or harm here! All students voluntarily pay tuition to participate in training, and all persistence is for dreams.

BMI is a highly inaccurate marker of metabolic health. BMI doesn't differentiate between muscle weight & fat weight. Also, not all fat is bad. It's mostly fat in and around internal organs like liver, pancreas that increase the risk of metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes & blood pressure. On the other, fat in other places like butt and thighs is somewhat protective against metabolic diseases.
