Power? Both are humans. Neither have special abilities. I'd say it's mid-high diff since the time they did fight, they were pretty much equal and Saul did overpower Walt on the ground, then Walt just pushed his head away and Walt overpowered Saul. It was a childish fight. I'd compare these two in terms of writing or between their shows, bc a physical fight between these two would be hilariously bad. Neither know how to fight and mostly rely on their intelligence to get out of their situations, or in Saul's case, get his clients out of the situation. W edit either way
