GERMAN WEDDING

Last month, I had the pleasure of experiencing a beautiful wedding half way across the world! For those of you who may not know, my boyfriend Stephan grew up and lives in Germany. So when one of his friend got engaged, the bride invited me to come along to the wedding as well, which was definitely an event I didn’t want to miss! The funny thing is, back in school they were dance partners for their ballroom dancing class together. And yes my boyfriend can dance ;)

I'm German born and raised there. I never was in love with a German man. After I left home, I met for the first time Americans. I married one. Our wedding ceremony was very simple. Of course I hade some German boyfriends, but I find American man more interesting and nothing like a German guy. When we where dating, the American guy, he always opened the car door for me. Always lit my cigarette, and picked me up for date. In Germany a guy will tell you where he will meet you when you have a date with him. I take an American over a German anytime.
