Fail to fly, fail to arm, if it fails to do anything make sure you have wifi auto connect off on your phone as this seems to cause some problems. If nothing is working go to the home page of the app and make sure firmware version is still listed, if not close app and restart.

I also have that drone and I was wondering how to change the speed from 50% to 100% because whenever I do that it says remote control priority, unable to switch speed

This thing was $209 on Amazon and it never worked and now it will start collecting dust in my room waste of money and time and was way to difficult in the first place dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️
