Originally was supposed to be a premiere but due to an error at processing the video, it was entirely blank and had to be cancelled, just to wait even more hours before reposting again. (without it being a premiere)

Around 2003 I was taught by a master control operator at WBIR-TV in Knoxville, TN that this jingle has unofficial lyrics. "I Gannett loves me too!"

I love KARE’s logo at 0:50. Its subdued yet confident. Pretty much all of Gannett’s logo renditions scream “confident” in their high place in the echelon of media conglomerates.

There's this ident I discovered Saturday afternoon that had the KTEN logo on it. However, the announcer (who happens to be Charlie Van Dyke) says "News 10 is a production of Gannett, an equal opportunity employer. This shows that KTEN is one of the first television stations to be owned by Gannett (now called TEGNA).

4:36 the fact that a 16:9 version of this exists is surprising

even the WUSA one from my area, I never knew what Gannett was but I didn't know they had it in my area too.
