officers hit and kill pedestrians ALL of the time in "my" community, merced county, and "i" bet it happens a lot more than "we" ever even hear and or know about ALL over everywhere. "i" have heard of officers ALL over the world causing accidents and fleeing the scene only to reappear later like "they" are there to help after being called. "i" think some officers use "their" vehicles as weapons and lie about it. this specific incident appears as though it could have been an actual and or honest "accident" due to a lack of awareness and or negligence and a lack of public safety concerns by officers involved but "i" honestly believe using a vehicle to cause/create an "accident" is a tactic used by law enforcement worldwide for targeted individuals. not saying that this is the definite case this time.

also... "i" have witnessed upon many occasions merced police officers speeding and breaking traction in merced city limits both day and night without any lights or sirens and "i" do believe "they" are a danger to "our" communities. "they" drive "our" tax dollars into the ground like a teenager in "their" moms minivan.

here are just a few of the news headlines that popped up on a google search from "my" local community that "we" know about...

"Woman hit and killed by Merced police officer, authorities say" -abc30

"Crash victim dies after being run over by Merced police patrol car rushing to his aid" -abc30

"A 60-year-old Planada man died Wednesday after apparently being struck by a Merced Police Department armored SWAT team vehicle, ..." -modestobee

"Officer Moses Nelson, 37, was driving the vehicle Nov. 20 north on R Street at West 14th Street when 60-year-old Hubertino Vallejo stepped off" ... -sacramentobee

ALL of these situations are vehicular manslaughter rather intentional or unintentional. guaranteed civilians would have been held accountable. stop the double standards. end qualified immunities and bring back the full powers of section 1983
