Binaural Beats

Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. This effect earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims coming from the alternative medicine community that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states. The effect on the brainwaves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone (in this particular video we use frequencies of the Delta and Theta range which will induce Deep Meditation, relaxation, NREM Sleep, Deep Dreamless Sleep and loss of body awareness).
The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain.

At first I felt a little uneasy about these sounds, I noticed they were triggering a bit of panic/fear in me (I too have anxiety disorder), but I felt it was something I needed to push through so the track could do its job. Once the initial unease passed (which only took about 5-10 minutes), something happened that I did not expect--a ridiculous amount of activation in my Third Eye Chakra! I've never felt so much pressure and energy in there. It felt like someone was literally stretching that spot between my eyes open with their fingers (I know that sounds unpleasant, but it wasn't! Just very obvious). So much so, that I actually couldn't fall asleep to this video. I tried for about 45 minutes, but I eventually had to turn it off for the sensation in my Third Eye to subside.

Most people are unaware of just how psychic this chakra IS !!! The color red appears not once but TWICE in the chakra system. It also appears above the crown just before it fades into white!!! For the life of me, I could not figure out how such an “earthy” chakra and it’s corresponding energies and planes of existence could have any connection to the higher planes of existence and corresponding energies. That’s when I had a vision: I saw the chakras and how they are all “keys” to different planes of existence. I saw the crown chakra go from violet to purple. Then it surprisingly went to magenta. Then it went to a SECOND red chakra!!! Then it went to a pink lesser chakra ( or meridian ) and faded to a bright white!!! Then it went to a crystal clear light ( that’s about the only way I can describe it. A water clear crystal energy with a tiny pin-prick of light brighter that anything I had ever seen. I somehow knew that the tiny bright light was God. We actually have a total of 11 chakras if you count the dark earthen brown one just below the root chakra. Below that is a pitch black meridian. That right there is the full spectrum, complete!!! The color red actually appears TWICE!!! The lower one is connected to the earth. The higher one is connected to the highest heaven. This is where heaven connects to the physical earthly plane!!! A very magical color INDEED!!!
Actually, I have now learned that we may have a staggering sum total of 114 chakras, only 22 of which we know something about how to ACCESS!!!!

Here's how my meditation was: It was fine. I felt relaxed at the end. During it I wanted to imagine the Root Chakra and visualise red with my eyes closed but I would mostly see green. But the unexpected happened: I saw (with my eyes closed) a red sphere! I didn't want to open my eyes and I looked at it until it faded out! Great music by the way! :D <3
