I got an acer aspire, bought it new in 2018. It started to have this issue and took it to 'trustable' specialists. They checked hardware and software for over a week and they couldn't fix it. They told me they did several diagnosis and coulsn't find the solution. They advise me to get a new one. Are there terminal bluescreen cases like this?

have an Acer f-15 and I just replaced my HD for a SSD. When I did it the first time the computer was turned on everything booted as normal everything was working perfect I was then instructed by crucials video that I was using from whom I received the new SSD and they told me to download the crucial updater this way my SSD stays up to date on its own. As soon as I did that and enabled that function as they instructed my laptop restarted and now all I get is the blue screen of death. I can't get out of it, everything you explained here does not work. Can someone please help? Thank you
