It feels so strange seeing Optimus and Megatron portrayed like this… Transformers has always been for Kids but I was expecting something a little more somber.

This is very Guardians/Borderlands and I’m not sure it’s hitting with OG fans. But I’m sure kids will get a blast out of it

I like the story, but the BAD COMEDY!
I thought we were "trying" to get past the heavy reliance of constant jokey jokes. The few jokes that landed will get drowned out in the deluge.

I had to pause immediately after you said animation for adults. I've already seen the trailer, this is 100% for kids. The style of animation, the child like humor. Idk, to me this looks terrible. Ok time to unpause and see what you think.

why todays movie have to be all quirky and zany all the time? the trailer felt so disappointing to me it felt like one of those movies where comedy is forced in serious/important dialogues all the time

Micheal Bay really made people forget that the TRANSFORMERS were always a kids animated brand. If Lego Batman can exist along side Batman v Superman, so can this if it's good.

Man watching Guardian of Galaxy for the first time, I didn’t realize that this was gonna be the future of like 90% of the blockbusters that have come out since. I’m definitely so sick and tired of this ‘brand’ of blockbuster movie and I don’t think this will do well given what happened last year.

I like that Bumblebee gets his G1 Toy "Battle Mask" and has his War For/Fall Of Cybertron energon blades.
Elita-1 sounds good, and I would have preferred a sleeker car alt mode, rather than a Tron-style bike.
Megatron's "H-Tank" mode was expected, but his voice is pretty awful and way out of character then I'm used too. Kind of like how Beast Wars Megatron was in comparison to G1, you know? Were there rumors Idris Elba was supposed to be Megs? He should have been cast. Jason Momoa would have worked too.
Orion Pax/Optimus Prime looks and sounds pretty good. Nice alt mode as we've seen the toy from the Amazon preorders, so I like the blend of Siege/FOC/Cyberverse and Animated to his truck and robot modes.
The animation looks absolutely stunning!!! It certainly is not in the tone of the seriousness and adult animation that the War For Cybertron Siege/Earthrise/Kingdom Trilogy on Netflix was, but this Movie looks better than I expected, so it may be a fun romp!
