Sir one clarification, @14.50 minutes I understood like you were saying u/s 480 proviso to subcluase 1 of the BNSS, persons bail can be denied. / cancelled.

But to my understanding it is given directiom for the Court not to deny on such grounds instead add such durection in the bail bond term, so that axxused person would get his bail and police investigation also go handstogether
