I don't know if you noticed. At around 16:16 you can see a face but you really have to slow the video down. He hears the loud bang, runs toward the door and when he opens it you can see it but only for a split second.

At 5:10 the sound of the glass shattering is a stock sfx, I can't remember where I've heard it, but you don't have to take my word for it - just listen with headphones, the sound is entirely in stereo and not spatial at all, you can hear it crystal clear, whereas their own voices and all the other sounds of them running is spatial and a bit muddied. The glass shattering was way too clear compared to the other sounds in that footage. So idk about everything else but that glass sound is added in post.
