For people who don't know the full story. Booth unfortunately gained a gambling and drug addiction through his school life and took it to adulthood. This clip is from his arrest for robbery.
He was sentenced to 10 months in prison.

Good news is he is out now and has turned his life around, he's also friends with the judge again :]
