Bigfoot has been the mainstay of many cryptid creature hunters. The superstar cryptid does, however, have a number of cousins.
We have looked at a few of these in the videos Batsquatch and the Almas.
I have found a cryptid with the same name that tops the hairy man of the forest.
An eight-legged man-eating beast seen on the battlefields of ww2 and in the forest of the US and Spain.
This mystery beast is known as the Squidsquatch
Let’s take a look at the octosquatch and other tentacled Cephalopod cryptids and ask if these creatures are from space.

Cephalopods and Cetaceans are my favourite animals. I believe that they are intelligent enough to posses consciousness and would not be surprised at all if they were brought here (by whatever means) to our planet.
Also, a deer standing on its hind legs sounds unbelievable to you? I guess you've never heard of wendigo then! xD

It's not uncommon for Octopus to crawl out of the water but as they are nocturnal we humans never get to witness it often, due to being boneless this makes the land crawl very difficult and they can only survive for several minutes on dry land. To say there's a land living Octopus I can not really comment on but I do belive anything can be possible, you're correct with the out of space theory due to Earth being bombarded by space debris but that was millions of years ago.

I'm sort of"six of one, half a dozen of the other"on the octopus thing in just this instance. However I do generally subscribe to the theory of Panspermia for life on earth plus many, many instances of Visitors and interbreeding. This is simply(and only) my personal opinion.🤔😊
