Cryptozoology Irish water cryptid and an African giant snake.

I have been on a hunt this week, a hunt for some lesser-known cryptids but I gave myself some parameters. The first was, as I said, it had to be a lesser-known creature the next it needed to be plausible and have a parallel animal which lives today or once existed in the past.
So I found two cryptid creatures that aren’t as popular as the big hitters like the chupacabra, yeti or Mothman.
Let’s explore these mysterious beasts and have some fun speculating on what they may be and if they even exist
So it’s time for my top two little known cryptids.
Let’s take a look…..

IF The only question we ever need.

Creating YouTube content to intrigue, fascinate and amuse.

Speculation, education and imagination. Wondering how what or 'IF'

For the first one I tend to agree, it's some unknown species of otter. For the second one I see 2 possibilities, a elephant with a prehensile tail, and a bit of embellishment from the witness, and the other possibility is a snake or lizard. Some skinks have small legs, and some have no legs at all. Pythons have remains of rear legs, I thinks they call them leg buds.
I think most likely they are some sort of lizard.

Off subject. Did you get your logo idea off 2001 space odyssey?
Just finished watching it few days ago.

Just thought of another possibility, a snake eating a elephant.

There was a giant lizard that lived in Australia that became extinct so it said . And a giant snake that was found in a dig supposedly on the entrance of the Cave and it’s Skeleton was wrapped around a nephilem skeleton both died together . Thank you only if

Dobhar-chu sounds similar to the alti in alaska. It sounds like a large leopard seal

Very interesting...
Otter - never heard of it, but, is certainly a contender for the Scottish Kellie or even Nessie. There is no obvious reason why an ancient otter species could have clung on. Otter decline came about because of the escape of captive Mink from fur farms, not hunting.
Snakey-thing.
Actually pythons I think, from memory, do have hind spurs which are vestigial legs. So if this weirdly exists it is possibly a python of some sort. Rumours of giant snakes in Africa have circulated over the years. And we haven't explored every inch of it yet. Unlikely, but who knows 🤫

The Irish otters can be explained away as a South American giant otters that someone has released but the African snake reminds of the legend of Aliens interbreeding different species of animals and sometimes humans with animals ( centaurs, Minotaur) but most likely its miss identification along with slight exaggeration. Great video and excellent topic that's always going to get us wondering stay safe all .
