WET 💦 POWDER PUFF FOUNDATION?? 🤯

Beauty blenders are sponges so they absorb so much of your foundation and pick up with it. Powder puffs are soo much better cause it doesn’t absorb any product, making your face MORE full coverage. I’m forever a wet powder puff girly 💕

Powder puffs are more dense; whereas beauty blenders are more porous. Powder puffs don’t absorb as much product as beauty blenders so a wet powder puff is going to distribute your foundation, etc. more evenly and flawlessly.

Using a wet beauty blender tends to dilute your foundation, etc. and will cause separation throughout the day on top of the oils that break down your makeup anyway. Each applicator does a great job depending on what type of make up you want. A beauty blender is great for a sheer, more natural look. Powder puffs are great for a more full coverage and long lasting luck.

Tip: if you use a powder puff with a full coverage, foundation and concealer, you won’t need a setting spray. That’s just from experience and doing it on many people. Especially if you’re prone to oily skin, avoid setting spray if you use a powder puff.

Idk why these makeup artist don’t use high def cameras that actually capture texture. The lights blur him out so much that he can apply layers of makeup and it’ll still look good but just on camera in person it’ll look nasty.

I've been doing this method for a while now. I first apply my foundation with a brush and then spray some setting spray and go in with the powder puff. It's my best makeup hack ever ❤
