My perfection is only for things like cleanliness, organization in the home… Has nothing to do with work. But nonetheless it’s running me ragged! 😢

I have some. Issues regarding my studies like
Arranging my chair in a particular position marking it on floor

Keeping hands fully on table

Rereading sentence and paragraph until I think i memorized, line by line

All i do above thinking that it will improve my academic performance
Any change is causing distress
