I was rockin Aramis when I was 16. Of course we didn't have that many choices in the 80's. I mean the selection of frangrances available today have increased a thousand fold. Darrien, I’ve worn Aramis for years and the green notes in it remind me of Amouage Beach Hut. I believe Aramis came out in 1966. It’s not for everyone, especially younger guys, but i still have a bottle of it.

Damn Bro! That Dunhill/Lafayette St comparison was eye-opening. I have both and would have never made that connection. Of course, I had to go and dig out my old bottle of Dunhill just to give it a side by side and just as you said they are similar. I have to say that I am shocked that way back then when I bought Dunhill, that I had that kind of palate for fragrances. 💯
