Renter Friendly House Flip

Today I am taking you on another simple "DIY" house flip that is still a work in progress but for a beginner wanting to get into the rental real estate market but not trying to get in over their head this was a scale I felt comfortable with. In this home, I just touched a few areas that I felt needed the most work. The floors, the kitchen, the walls, the tile, and the basement. I got in and out in four months. It took me so long because I kept hiring the wrong people. Trying to save a buck cost me a whole lot of bucks! BUT I learned SO MUCH ON THIS HOUSE! It is passive income now that I do not go to more than a few times a year. Super happy with the update and since this video we have finished the cleaning, added the remaining transitions, updated the exterior paint, painted the floors, fixed the walls, updated outdated fixtures, and updated the electrical and plumbing per the city's request.

That room you keep calling a nursery probably kept 3 kids in it LOL. I’m on my 3rd old home and hate the lath and plaster. My current home is completely painted over wallpaper and it always will be. But all 3 homes had a small “extra room” where they kept there extra kids, I’m sure of it.
