Wow that just happened on my street in San Jose 2 days ago. We didn't even know they had stuff in the sidewalk and 1/2 in our lawn something blew up and caught on fire. They came out dug up the yard dug up the sidewalk replaced the cement boxes and the equipment and then turn the power back on of course it would be during the two hottest days of this last weekend.
