An integral part of UX design is putting together user flows. The product I work on day-to-day is quite complex, so mapping everything out helps me better plan my designs. Our team uses Overflow to do this, so if you're exploring tools to draft those flow maps, here's a brief demo and review!

Everyone talks about how to make a user flow, but no one was talking about how to make an efficient one. The ideas of keeping a "Key" for reference and overlapping paths were so obvious yet so "Ahaa". Thanks a ton, this was exactly what I was looking for.

How many user flow diagrams should I make if I am just starting on a project. For example I am creating an ecommerce website. One is for onboarding experience. One is for checkout process. Should we create as many user flow diagrams as possible or we should make user flow diagrams for most important actions only?

Overflow was great at first when it was simple, but it has become worse over time. The added features often add very little functionality. For example they decided to add comments, great! But then they make sure that you can only use them after creating artboards which are annoying and timeconsuming...
