We can all follow along with nightly recaps from Anil. He will likely have to sign a gag order when they settle (which could be anytime before the trial ends on Oct 29).

Wish him a good outcome. Watching that video made me worried about my ducts since like almost all homes here ducts and equipment in attic… nothing I can do about it though other than spray foaming attic which is a big no from me. At least when I replaced the ACs I made sure they are properly sized.

I hope he wins. I found out we have no case since the house is no longer under warranty. It's crazy that cars come with longer warranties than houses.
