How to get Manaphy & its Pre-Evolution Phione in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl for the Nintendo Switch!

Manaphy can be obtained really early on, as soon as you defeat the 1st Gym and beat the double trainers on Route 204.
Go to the TV Station building in Jubilife City and speak with the NPC on the 3rd floor, choose the bottom option all in caps to unlock MYSTERY GIFT.

Go in to the Mystery Gift and choose "Online" to get a Manaphy Egg, now just take around 2400 steps with the Egg in your party for it to hatch into Manaphy.

Now for Phione you will need to have the National Pokedex, go and catch a Ditto (Poke Radar Route 218) and put Ditto in the Day Care with Manaphy in Solaceon Town.

Wait for them to lay an Egg and take 9500 steps for this to hatch into Phione.

Phione isn't really a preevolution since it doesn't evolve into Manaphy

What’s the point of having to beat the game to get phione? isn’t the point of having them is to get them during the game instead of after?
