Quite often I get asked what the best items are to build characters with. In this video, I go over the best easiest to obtain option and what you can use alternatively while working your way to Insomnia.

You could also mention that you can farm wicked claws, behemoth horns, watchman's building stones and laser sensors pretty soon, by doing the Departure Mission

I really like the Colorful Griffen Claws as they give +10str +10 Magic and +5 fire res. With the Cid buff at 30% it's pretty soild if you want a balanced str and magic at least for my ne character anyway ad it can be farmed in the Ghastly Griffin mission ealy game and the Grotesquely Griffin mission late game although the later isn't efficient time wise.

I recently started to play this game again on PC, But kinda annoyed that we can't play with A.I NPC on daily quests which is kinda makes certain material farming quests unplayable

I wish they'd let you preview a weapon/experiment before using your mats...Tip: Don't dismantle any of the unique weapons you get

I was trying out Amenohabakiri in my physical build but because it requires 100 resistances to get Lion's roar upgrade I couldn't make it as strong as I wanted to so it has 480 STR, 261 VIT and basically 100% resist all. So that meant I could redo my other weapons and get more STR and VIT and take off any unnecessary resistances that I had before to get to 100%...

Before I had 2750 STR, 1k VIT, 500 Spirit and magic, 100% resist all
I know you don't need magic or spirit as Physical but my OCD wouldn't allow myself to drop them any lower lol. Kains lance is strange because it seems better for magic but it also has the Chaosbringer skill so I was using it (Because I love Kain Highwind) and the Warp combo Thundaga still did decent. Anyways I dismantled it thinking I could just rebuild it better this time...the Dulled spear it turns into requires 100 Lightning resistance to upgrade?!! I ended up with a worse Kains Lance than I had! Just gonna use a different weapon instead or have to do Newgame+ but now I am at 3k STR at least

I am terrible at building weapons, how do you get 3 or 4000 in magic

Only problem on crafting weapons is comrades can't fill out 1.6% to 2%
