So, quick add on for the end, West Point (W) minted quarters were only minted 2019 and 2020. If you see an obverse facing W minted quarter while quarter hunting, than you can determine the date with one easily noticeable detail. If it’s 2020, there is a small “V75” on the left side of the obverse (for the 75th anniversary of the victory in WW2). The 2019 doesn’t have this. I hope this helped to people seeing this. Also great short!
P.S. There is, I’m pretty sure, a San Francisco (S) minted quarter for each year and for all types of National Park or state quarters.

when i worked at Macy*s i would go through the register for pre-65 dimes and quarters and get the spot value and get a free lunch every day!
id get $1.80 each dime!
and like $2.50 per quarter!
at any one register there was $8-$15!?
and i put the face value back!* i wasn't stealing either!!?? lol 😆👍🏻🖤👏🏻

My grandpa just gave my brother & I like 50 war nickels, 20 silver coins starting at 1840 & up from different countries & $50-$100 in wheat pennies. We’ve been taking care of his lawn for him now that he’s older & he’s been really hooking it up for us. His next gift is 2 bank bags full of 1964 & under quarters! Can’t wait for that one!

This is dennis.just to let you know. I found a 1979 quarter that has a dot .where the D and a 2023 quarter Eleanor Roosevelt. That has a dye chip in the front of her hat.

I always get a chuckle out of the 2019&20. Bat quarters. Talk about timing. They we’re trying to convince us. The China Flu . Came from bats. Or wet markets.
