For initial testing, I dowmloaded MMSSTV and used my webcam mike to decode this video- it worked! So will use an isolation transformer and attenuator and go directly to sound card for clearer audio, thanks, Barry VK2FP

Also, what model of Icom is that? Is the Record Out a line out? I've been wondering if any radios had that. Sometimes the external speaker out is way too powerful to hook up to a mic/line in on a computer or other audio recording device.

Unfortunately, the echo in your room makes it impossible for my robot 36 app to track anything. I even disabled my Bluetooth to reduce echo on my end to no avail.
