Thank you for video! I have a question. How to make a long video (1 hour for example) with short animated picture like yours? I ve tried in Premiere Pro to make overlay with rain to picture, but when I stretch overlay to 1 hour this overlay just goes so slowly like its picture not animation( I watch all of this videos where simple animation with twinkle stars or rain plays for hours and dont understand how to make it. Can you help please? Thank you!

ugh can this be done in fcp, adobe seems world ahead of fcp in this regard, except the subscription model
