Animated history documentary about the Roman-Gothic war and the Byzantine invasion of the Ostrogothic kingdom in the years 551/552 AD. In 552 AD Roman general Narses cut off the Gothic army under Teia at Mons Vesuvius, leading to the battle of Mons Lactarius (milk mountain). Enjoy!

Í hate to criticize such a good material, but the background music is way too loud.

I mean, Belisarius almost certainly COULD have done it. If given Narses' number of troops, war chest, and unity of command.
Still, great video

Very close to bazzbattles channel, as a huge fun of history and in conclusion of your channel try to focus more on battles that other YouTube channels haven't mention yet. If do, I think you will grow great

I couldn't be more amazed that I found this channel! Thank you to showing some love for my loyal Narses and the brave Teia (and yes, he might be a barbarian, but a brave one he was). And I know, Belisarius could have done it too, but I was maybe a jackass to him that time. I'm sorry..

Btw, please don't refer to us Romans as Byzantines and every other civilized Roman citizen feel dirty when we are called by such barbarian name.

Anyway, from now on your channel gets the Roman Imperial Seal of Approval! Keep the good work man! 😄

You're the next BazBattles or Kings and Generals. Keep making videos. These are great and you're doing terrific. Create a patreon and get serious.

Great video!
My one criticism would be the audio mixing during the battle, I could barely here the narration due to the music

Nice to see another channel like Baz, K&G, etc. There are still so many interesting, yet lesser known battles out there.

One small note: In the battle itself the background music was slightly too loud for me to understand the narrator continuously.

Shit man, you re a pro on par with Kings and Generals.
You need to make more vids so the algorithm will reccomend your channel.

The music is so loud around minute 8, that its very difficult to hear the narrator.

Great video otherwise
