It's common for coils, motor windings, even entire circuit boards full of tiny complex be washed when doing industrial repair. The important thing is to dry them properly before power is reapplied.

If the ultrasonic bath is 100% Then it will attach to any moisture and evaporate even from the deepest darkest crevices. If something else is used then a low temperature baking and/or second bath in ultrasonic / vacuum chamber with 100% alcohol. That will bond to any remaining moisture and remove it.

If this was 5 min, how did the injectors turn themselves 180* and all face the same way, the discoloration of the fluid that would occur as a result of the carbon being removed is less than I would expect.

Just did it with 15 year dormant injectors. It works.They were clogged solid. Simple Green, one hour.

so shops that actually rebuild injectors pull the conical screens at the top of the injector and install new ones. they run the injectors on a flow bench with special cleaners. Ultrasonic cleaning the outside the injectors are nice but by no means fixes the clogs inside.

Making a real injector cleaner isn't that hard. Just bench replicate a basic fuel system. Pump, short line, a fuel rail and some plastic, vertical containers that can hold gas. The injectors can be controlled by a simply controller made with an Arduino. There are projects like this on the internet. Run the pump laying in a tub of cleaner. Watch the injectors spray into the containers. You will clearly see injectors that are dirty by the uneven spray pattern. When the injectors are clean you will see a nice even pattern on all of them and all of the tubes the injectors are spraying into should have have he same amount of cleaner in them, indicating all of the injectors are flowing evenly. Don't put a constant 12 volts into the injector. You do risk damaging it.

Injectors are also sealed. There shouldn't be an issue cleaning them like this. If you have one go bad during cleaning it was probably going to fail soon anyway.

you have to have a timer or electric charge to pulse plunger open and close to clean what’s important inside of injector hope this helps someone you can buy box that operates 4 injectors at a time

Interesting concept but looking through the comments most people disagree with you to a certain extent. So I would encourage others to try and see how it works for them. He's always hook it up to a valve stem. But that's another video.
