I personally really like MatPat's theory on the box being crying child's dead body. would explain why we get the message "some things are left unseen" or whatever it was, cuz he literally cannot show us that lol as oppose to something that isn't disturbing like a toy or something. also aligns with the "I will put you back together" quote as whoever said that would obvi keep the body
