About Below Deck Down Under:
Captain Jason and Chief Stew Aesha reunite for an unforgettable, full-throttle charter season with a lively new crew and wild guests in the stunning waters of Cairns, Australia – the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef.

Jason is at the helm of the vintage M/Y Northern Sun, where he navigates tumultuous crew dynamics and unprecedented shake-ups throughout the season. Each charter includes nonstop adventure and breathtaking underwater sight-sea-ing, but unruly guests break Jason’s rules, putting their holiday in jeopardy. Now a more seasoned leader, Aesha takes on some of the biggest obstacles of her career while looking out for the crew’s well-being. Mouth-watering menus and flavorful spreads delight the guests, but frustrations simmer between Chef Tzarina and Jason when he assists in the galley.

Initially understaffed, the deckhands make costly errors as they struggle to find their stride on the unpredictable, aging vessel. The interior experiences smooth sailing until a clash of work styles creates a rift between the stews. Unexpected newcomers rock the boat throughout the season, including a shocking franchise crossover with the arrival of a polarizing familiar face. A slew of hook-ups, break-ups, and a rare “love pentagon” leaves the crew reeling as tension spills over on deck.

Can we all give Joao a round of applause for really stepping it up and being an awesome leader this season. He has improved so much since the early below deck med days.

Can we please award Cap Jason an award for Cool under Pressure? This guy is unreal. Cap Lee would have chopped A couple of heads at end of this incident. I love the Stud OG, but Jason is admirable Imo. Adam is lucky to still have his fingers attached, but I like him still.

That would be sad if Adam got fired! At least he cares a lot more than Culver and shows a lot more initiative!

Culver just crashed the tender into the rails causing a decent amount of damage. I mean come on. And, Culver has experience, unlike Adam. This alone should tell Cap that Culver can't or doesn't want to learn. That 1-day bosun appointment was an epic fail.

Listen I get it Adam’s had a rough 48 hours but Culver is useless as a penny

I feel really bad for Adam because I could tell he genuinely wanted to be there and was a very hardworking deckhand. Did he F up with the anchor and the docking? Yes but he's human. Plus he was dealing with some family issues at the time. I personally don't think he deserved to be fired over it.

I'm too distracted by the captain's good looks. I don't think I could concentrate on anyone else on this show.

I can see where Adam is coming from that on commercial ships it is done differently. In fact there have been other commercial sailors who have come on Below Deck who also had difficulties.

First time I disagree with Capt. Jason. Culver was a far worse crew member and his attitude is not going to improve.

The Below Deck shows always cast deck/interior workers who don't know how to do the job or are lazy - its called Reality Tv drama.

I really can’t bear Culver. He’s lazy and a real jerk. I hope he goes soon!

Culver is a clown. Adam is trying but he is not an asset to say the least. Send Culver packing.

Possibly Adam is too concerned about his family to keep his head in the job. He makes too may errors that can be dangerous.I wonder if his mom is not wanting him home instead and leaning on him a lot that and it upsets him to the point he can't concentrate.
