How to set the Nest Thermostat from COOLING to HEATING

It just got really cold here in Texas ❄️ which means it's time to change the Nest Thermostat from cooling to heating 🔥.

It's an easy change but if you're new to NEXT it can seem a bit confusing - at least for me it always takes time to get used to a new thermostat. This video shows you how to change it at the actual unit, however, you can also change it from a mobile phone.

I have it cool set 78 and the thermostat comes on when temp is at 79. How do I set it so it doesn't come on by 1 degree difference? Hvac will be going off and on all day using energy which i dont want. Maybe I want to set it till my home is at 84 degrees den auto cools to my set temp at 78 without having to turn thermostat off?
