I lived in a neighborhood where most of the people were mid 60’s ish. I started using my Ego tools and one by one starting asking me about how the tools are so quiet and powerful. I showed them and around 9 neighbors sold their gas tools and got all Ego’s.
Recently I moved to a newer house and younger neighbors all around and guess what? All have ultra noise gas power tools hahahaha. I am not kidding, the wife and I are like man, it’s like a helicopter landing zone or what. It is impressive that you expect for the only reason that they are young neighbors to have all electric tools but here I am more than happy to show them these amazing tools.

I love EGO tools. I had several, but my house burned a couple months ago and they went up in flames on the porch. Just bought this 28" snowblower to prepare for NY winter - time to build my collection again.

I guess the point is: I was heavily invested in the EGO ecosystem previously, and I have no problem diving into that ecosystem a second time. If ever there was a time to re-evaluate that choice, it's now - but their competitors just don't stack up in my opinion. I've never had a problem with any EGO tools, and I look forward to trying out this new 28" blower.

Heated grips and 4 inches wider is it worth considering a trade my 3 year old Ego is awesome but this one is better.

I just purchased the Ego 28” snowblower. I have to say the 2 green plastic handles are very very weak and flimsy. It is prone to break!
