Solving the first question with the proper methodology is actually way quicker than using the "shortcut" method...
|z| = 1 => z.(zbar) = 1 => (zbar) = 1/|z|. Substituting in the expression, we get (arg(z)) = theta.

Sir, 1st question can also be solved easily by taking z×zbar=1 for a unimodular complex no. i.e., zbar=1/z. Then we get arg(1+z/1+zbar)=arg(z)=theta( since, given in question).
And if we take that short method, we have took theta=0. We got finally arg(...)=0. 0 can be 0 or -0. So, arg can be theta or -theta, and we can't decide the option by that method.
