give JFSR mishimas electric tracking lol. Nah but i definetly think it should have somme sort of tracking with it for the just frame version since the move is still an I16 option and hwoarang doesnt have any good lows to force his opponents really to duck besides d3 4 which is steppable. Giving jsfsr slightly move tracking to where if u dash forward or wavedash the realignment is enough for mistimed sidestep is fair imo.

thats 50/50 useful, noone made JFSR spam so many times in 1 round, few people can guess you will input JFSR right in that moment
