Manchester United owner Avram Glazer confronted in Florida

Manchester United co-owner Avram Glazer has spoken for the first time since announcing the club could be for sale.

Sky News tracked him down near his home in West Palm Beach, Florida, and he spoke of finding "strategic alternatives" for the club and also responded to criticism by Cristiano Ronaldo.

I’m sad for Ferguson and everyone else who spent years building up United to what they were. I’m an Arsenal fan but it’s never nice to see this happen to any club. We went through it until Stan decided he had enough and handed the reigns to Josh who wants trophies more than money. So to see this happen to our once biggest rivals isn’t nice to see. Despite their fans lauding it over us during our worst period. I fear United could end up relegated if this continues. If they sack Ten Hag now, who in their right mind would want to touch this job? Steve McLaren would probably end up as caretaker manager for the rest of the season and let’s face it, his record isn’t the best.
