They are huge Adam!! I really love the choices you made! What a treat you'll have in spring! That's a huge plant! I'd be up to my neck in them! It's going to be really showy!! Blade of the spade sounds way nicer that the technical term! You almost had 2 of nature's plows! Good eye to catch him! Yes, the bees will love them! Take good care, my friend!💚

Hi Adam, As Alliums, when planted, should be covered with soil to twice the diameter of the bulb, your spades depth looks about right. I understand florists like to spray the seed heads with paint and use in floral displays.

A beautiful flower my friend, yours do seem very expensive I must confess but a wonderful addition to any border, one of my absolute June faves. They reproduce very easily, you'll have 100's in no time at all. 🍺🍺🍺

I need to plant some more of these Adam certainley a good shower in the new year. I planted mine about five years ago and though they gave a good show did not appear this year. The reason for re-planting. Good informative video 👍 I would like to add the cost of buying cut Aliums from a florist are quite expensive so worth the planting. Take care Mike
