How much force does it take to pull a 90 kg body?

This was part of the Rescue Weekend at Humber College. An Interprofessional Collaboration: Paramedic, Pre-Service Firefighter, and Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management (ESLM) Programs.
My ESLM students were there to learn how to perform a Job Demands Analysis (JDA)
We used the Metriks tools to measure range of movement, distance, and strength requirements of the job.
In the lab at Humber College we will use the Metriks software to create job demands analysis reports.
