Simple and easy tomato rice
1.Grind garlic, ginger, and green chilies into a smooth paste using a mortar and pestle. Set it aside.
2.Heat a pan, add ghee, and sauté the spices mentioned in the description.
3.Add the garlic-ginger-chili paste and sauté until fragrant.
4.Stir in chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
5.Blend tomatoes into a puree and add them to the pan. Cook until the mixture thickens.
6.Add the listed spices and continue cooking until the mixture turns golden brown.
7.Mix in cooked rice and combine well.
8.Finish by adding a teaspoon of ghee for extra flavor. Serve and enjoy your delicious tomato rice!
