Great video, especially for the folks who come from non elite backgrounds. We are never exposed to coding the way students in IITs, NITs are, hence we lag behind once we graduate.

You are working at one of the giants, and your words do hold some weight. I like your chilled out approach towards things and not the nerve wrecking videos which make you feel like a loser/underachiever. For instance, I won't shy away from saying I am not that great at DSAs, but I've built a lot of real world products for clients. I always wonder why am I inferior to these folks just because I don't know how to sort a linked list, or how to traverse a graph. I've built great apps and websites and my clients love them. I probably have to use github and stackoverlow much more, but at the end of the day why should it make a difference.
