Former Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov will speak about the current state of U.S.-Russia relations during one of the tensest times since the end of the Cold War. Joining him to discuss current events affecting this important relationship is former CNN foreign correspondent Jill Dougherty.

I learned that one of the major issues that led to the foreign policy tragedy that is known as the Vietnam war was primarily due to a lack of communication, dialogue, and understanding between the US and Vietnam. Igor is asking for diplomacy to avoid another tragedy for both US and Russia. Let's not blow things out of proportion and have such a Machiavellian mindset.

He has an awful English especially as for his terrible accent. As stated he knows only two languages : English and Spanish (except Russian), he could try to speak better
