Thank you Dr. Tobias I'm following this series on shoulder rehab very closely. I actually met my new physical therapist today. I'm Extremely excited to work with her along with supplementing my rehab program with exercises from your videos it's gonna be great getting so much input on putting together a new improved recovery I'm feeling more optimistic than usual about my future.

Thanks Dr. Tara. I am doing all these methods for my 12 yr old son and getting a lot of positive results. The only thing I am not being able to get proper result is the supination of his hand. BTW his left hand and leg had stopped working completely after a subdural hematoma when he was 5 months old. I am following you since last couple of years and getting so much positive results and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.

Hi. I just found your channel yesterday and have watched a few videos already. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise! I plan to watch & learn as much as I can!

I had a severe stroke less than 4 years ago, 2 weeks after my 49th birthday, caused a brain bleed from an AVM. Lost my right side & speech, but recovery has gone pretty well. I believe your channel will help me to continue making good progress. Thanks again!

Thank you again. You always amaze me! I am still having a little trouble raising my left arm/shoulder. Sometimes even when I raise my arm just to scratch my nose, I realize it feels heavy and/or lazy and know that I really need to work on this. I guess I have put this issue on the back burner working more on my gait and speech. So, thank you for this video. I plan on implement ING this with my daily regimen. Have a great week.

Knowing really is half the battle at least, Thank you so much Dr Tobias!!!

In my experience, the key thing is to isolate the movements of the extremities when exercising, the thumb should be spread with the hand. The brain does not know how to do it on its own, and that is how the problems that you described nicely arise. Thank you for that, I’m looking forward to the new video. Have a nice day

Oh yes, Dr. Tobias. I know you're a busy lady and appreciate all you do. When you can, please think of the sensitivity issues or lack of that I hope you can give some information on in the near future. Thanks so much 😁

Thank you so much. My grand daughter suffered a closed tbi with damage to her right thalamus she is 18 mo I’m so glad I found you! PT abducted her left thumb but nothing else to the LUE. I noticed the spacicuty (didn’t know what it was ). So they had me working from the distal to proximal 😕. I’m super excited to isolate and start proximal

This all makes sense and exactly what my neuro physio tells me. The arm and hand sure is very challenging and frustrating to work on. Keep going and never give up. Great video thanks. 😊🇦🇺
