I would rather run stable and healthy system at 4800 rather than gambling at 6000 for extra 5 to 8 fps

I would like to know a little more about the configuration of the timming sub timming of the ram of each one. Thank you!

I think RAM speeds are in MT/s, not in MHz. So: 4800 MT/s is only 2400 MHz; and 6000 MT/s, the alleged sweet spot for Ryzen 7000 CPUs, is only 3000 MHz. The units are used interchangeably, but they are not the same.

Excepto por algunos casos la diferencia es casi nula, en GAMING parece q da igual la frecuencia y quizás sea mejor preocuparse por un cl más bajo. Saludos me encantan tus videos ❤

В играх не заметно. А вот в тестах буст большой будет

Can you test 4k with this combination(6000mhz) please?

In 4k i gain like 15-20 fps. (Warzone battle royal, big map) my pc is 7800x3d, 7900xtx, msi b650 tomahawk

На мой взгляд не совсем правильно разные частоты с одинаковыми таймингами, нужно было немного опустить для 4800

Do you still see a difference at 4k with slightly lower graphics settings (details, effects etc.)?

So, the only difference between ddr5 4800mhz and 6000mhz is the money of my wallet because 6000mhz is expensive AF

I wonder how much the ram matters with a 7800x3d. If the GPU is already fully utilized, would it still give more fps? 🤔

ddr5 6000 is such a joke, that calling it gimmick will be fair in 99.9% of the "sweet spot" on-line recommendations. Any game scaling hardly with ram bus speed or even latency is a game that has lot of room for improvement, is just like the ones with high dependency on pcie speed 3.0 vs 4.0 (or 5.0 still no gpus out there). Just so little niche to really get a nice perfromance bump... we will feel noticeable difference if cpu ram controller could go over 6400 or 9600 when compared with 3200 cl16 or 3600 cl18 ddr4. just a thing of doing the maths on ns. times. cpu 128 bit ram is a bottleneck so best thing not to depend much on it...50 GB/s ddr4 (to 80 GB/s of maximum on intel or 100GB/s when OC) is not much, ddr5 5200 is 80Gb (6000 100GB/s, and not much 7200 is only 110 GB/s or so) no way a game runs 2x faster if only +40% bus speed over stock maximum... server cpu memory bus is needed but results will be mostly unimpressive in most cases... GDDR6 nvidia gpus run at 300 to 1000 GB/s (without the cache effectiveness multiplayer than can bumb most of the read above 1.5 TB/s in RDNA2 or RTX 40)

I think on a intel cpu's the difference is higher
