Today's run is 7 miles for a fast pace. This is also my last run training at the high elevation in Mexico City. I share how long it took me to get acclimated and the difference that 5 weeks of elevation training made for me. The most interesting part is the heart rate adapting. I'm looking forward to getting back to the states to finish these last 4 weeks of training, let's get it.

This is the 8th episode of my journey to the Tobacco Road Half Marathon. My goal is to run a 7 minute per mile pace or 1:31:46 finishing time. I've done a marathon and tough mudders in the past, but this speed is something I've never come close to.

Ethan, you should train at the Centro Cultural Otomí. A beautiful place at 3200 meters above sea level and a few hours from CDMX.
Cheers!

Funny, I am not a runner, nor a phisically fit person, but you make running quite interesting to learn.
