Governing bodies working with older people in the design of their care – Home services

In this session at the National Aged Care Provider Conference 2024, we discussed how governing bodies of home services are co-designing aged care with older people. We explored how we can shift our mindsets to do this meaningfully, while managing risk and obligations.
