TLDR; everyone has troubles and their own story, take the time to look outside your own "bubble". don't only judge a book by its cover

its a beautiful song about 2 boys who both have struggles at home. The one has an alcoholic possible single dad who beats him daily for as long as he can remember and so in turn beats and bullies another boy. the boy who is bullied is the son of a single mother who is always away form home to work and support them. the second boy does not look for trouble and hates confrontation but is a masochist so will not give the first boy the satisfaction of crying or feeling defeated while still enjoying himself. neither kid deserves the situation they are in, but the second boy is far better off even though he is the one getting bloody and bruised. really puts things in perspective, reminds you that everyone has a story and you may not have it as bad as you think. thank you for uploading <3
